• Corporate, Frequent & Group Rates Available
• AAA/AARP Discount with membership card
• All rooms are based on double occupancy. Maine State Lodging Tax not included in rates. All Reservations must be cancelled by 4pm the day before arrival to avoid a forfeiture of one night room and tax. **Rates in summer will be increased on Friday and Saturday nights and during special event dates.
• 2 night Minimum for Lobster Festival weekend
• 3 night minimum, Friday, Saturday & Sunday required for Blues Festival weekend
• All rooms are non -smoking. A $200 fee will be charged for anyone smoking in one of our rooms.
